Chicken Paella

In Roast Chicken Painted with Tandoori Paste and PX I bogged about my Roast Chicken that turned into a Chicken and Vegetable Soup.

Chicken and Vegetable Soup

Well in another twist the  Chicken and Vegetable Soup turned into a Chicken Paella.


I fried some onions in a paellera and then added Valencian Spanish rice and fried some more until the rice and onions became golden.


And then added the Chicken and Vegetable Soup.

All done. That's my Chicken Paella.
